SPIL (State Plan for Independent Living)
The State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) is a strategic plan that develops a strategy to ensure these activities occur statewide and outlines the operational policies and procedures to implement our statewide plan:
- Independent Living services
- Development and support of Centers for Independent Living
- Promotion of relationships between service programs for persons with disabilities
The SPIL is a visionary document that looks at the future expansion and development of the IL network throughout the state of Michigan.
